This family run and operated business submitted a well priced quote to replace a central air conditioning unit. They were able to come and do the work within three days and did an absolutely fabulous job. Everything was very clearly explained and the job was completed in one day. They were respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up. A few unseen small problems not listed on the estimate were taken care of at no additional charge. I would hire this team again in a minute.

JES Heating and Cooling completely replaced the whole HVAC system in our home. They are reasonably priced, unlike other companies out there who wanted to charge me 3x as much for the exact SAME work. Erick and Sanddy are both professional, knowledgeable, responsive and did an incredible job. They really know what they are doing and care about their clients. I canâ t praise them enough. I absolutely picked the right company, not only supporting a small family owned business, but also supporting people who are real pros. Get your estimates from them, tell them your budget and what you need, and they will make it work. Compare them to others and you will absolutely see how much better they are.

A true family business that really cares about the quality of service preformed. Installed a hot water heater and repaired a 10 year old r-22 a/c condenser saving us a ton of money in both. Putting in a new furnace is a big ticket item, so homeowners are naturally nervous about getting the right contractor. I can say this is one of the best contractor experiences I have had. They did what they said they were going to do, on the date and time they said they were going to do it and were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It is a family team and I enjoyed having them in my home. Would I hire them again? Yes. Would I recommend them to you? Yes. Were they respectful of Covid guidelines? Very much so.

Annual Maintainance on my 5-ton carrier rooftop unit. Checked: fan belt tension and wear; condenser and evaporator coils for dirt buildup; air filters; static pressure and blew out condensate drain pipe. Checked everything that needed to be checked great job. Very good price. This is my 4th AC contractor and they are my choice going forward to install an ultraviolet air purifier.

Hands down the best contractor experience I have ever had. JES shared their expertise and knowledge and proposed excellent options for my HVAC needs, checking in with me at every stage. First, they provided a detailed description of their proposed work and amended it with answers to my questions. They showed up on time and worked hard and long hours in the midst of a heat wave. They explained everything that they were doing and why. They protected all surfaces, worked quickly and cleaned up each day. When the job was finished, they went over what I needed to do in terms of maintenance (not much!) and adjusting the thermostat, even providing websites for ordering filters. The day after the job was finished, I had a very minor issue and emailed them around 9am. They were at my door by 10:30 and quickly addressed the issue and corrected an issue that wasnâ t theirs. On top of their professionalism, they were extremely nice people. I highly recommend them.
