"I found this company to be very unprofessional in all areas. I had furniture that was damaged, treadmill left in the rain in the driveway, leather being scrapped on concrete, bureau drawers not individually wrapped, just stacked in a large box together. A shelving unit was dropped in my stairwell where now I have to paint he whole room to repair it. I have called the company and asked to speak to the owner and I have not received a call back yet. They left things that needed to be taken to the new house and took things that needed to be left. I had to physically take 2 stone bird baths myself to the house. I would not recommend this company at all. Also one of the workers wreaked of pot so bad."

"We had them move 25 items 2.5 miles down the road. Everything was taken apart prior to them coming and it some how took 6.5 hours to load and unload truck. The one worker took many smoke and phone breaks. He would move one item and then sit and hang out for 10-15 mins Between. I have everything on my ring camera for proof. I tried reaching out to the owners and have been ignored for 2 weeks"

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"
