They kept me informed on the details of the work and answered any questions I had. Our basement walls aren't exactly square in some places (be careful who you hire - it wasn't these guys) but they installed the floor with care and in a way that didn't make the uneven walls obvious. We liked the work so much, we had them back a week later to do the baseboards and door trim we were planning to do ourselves.
