Austin was very prompt and professional. Resonable pricing and highly efficient. He taught us a few things along the way as well. His services are backed with a 6 month warranty, which is wonderful. I will refer him to everyone I know and would hire him again. Good, quality work!
They were called on the basis of an annual service contract I purchased for approx. $275. Besides annual maintenance and cleaning, the contracts buys priority in answering emergency calls. All fine and well. My complaint has to do with the exorbitant overcharges for replacing a $25 furnace...
