And since my name will be provided to them, I guess I now need to be afraid of retaliation. A bit scary. But I need to do this anyway. If only to save others from the same fate. He actually had the audacity to charge me $100.00 for the toilet repair which, as I said, took 5 minutes. That's $20.00 per minute! After they left I went on Home Depot's website. The bathroom faucet retailed for $27.00. He charged me $50.00. The kitchen faucet retailed for $89.00. He charged me $150.00. On the phone I was told how 'fair' they were. No way!"
