"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"Steve came to provide an estimate and educate me about home irrigation systems. It was a longer time spent on the initial estimate, but it was well worth the extra time spent.
Steve was also part on the installation team. As he and his team were installing the system he realized that his estimation of the number of zones was a little short. Rather than hit me up for additional money, he just installed the system as it need to be, a fact I did not even realize until he and his team were complete and gone.
