"It was wonderful. When we originally signed the contract in June, we were told the windows would be installed around mid-October. They called us in August to say they were ready to be installed! We called them back on a Monday and they were installed that Thursday. We were given an arrival window of 9-11 am and they came at 9:15. They were completed by 3 pm! "I'd like to give 15 stars. Stop searching for a stained glass studio. HIRE TERRAZA NOW. I had what I thought was a simple stained glass project, and I knew exactly what I wanted. After contacting a dozen studios, I found that Terraza was the most willing to take a shot at the project, and it offered the best price by far. Donna sat with me, brainstormed and shared her expertise. What I came away with wasn't a thing like I thought I wanted, and yet it was PERFECT. The project wasn't simple. It required engineering outside-the-box for a stained glass studio, and with Donna's eager, enthusiastic advice and involvement, the project was a total success. Along the way, there was a glitch, but Terraza handled it with aplomb. In fact, when the project was delivered personally by Terraza, we were told that unless we liked it, it was going back. Donna was unhappier than she thought we might be with the way something played out, and she practically demanded the opportunity to improve it. All was made right, and now, every time I enter my living room where the project resides, a get a happy feeling about it and my dealings with Terraza. "Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"they were very good at what they did, the older man knew his stuff and was very polite and a younger son also knew what he was talking about and also was very nice. The wife behind the desk was very polite and funny and good to talk to, I would absolutely do work with this business again top notch company. Don't let the size of them scare you away, even though they are small I will use them over any big glass company around hands down. They are clearly is the best in my opinion"

"For starters, John replied to my messages within an hour throughout our interactions, and there were quite a few more than normal due to my mistake. He was so responsive that I got to checking for a reply within 10 minutes of sending it and there it was! Some of the other 4-5 handymen I reached out to replied after a day and some didn’t at all. Anyway he came the first time and we screwed up so he had wasted his time for this visit as we gave a wrong phone number and didn’t hear the doorbell. John was completely understanding and we re-scheduled for the next day! He took care of the job without any problem and was actually pleasant to have over as our guest during the time! He’s a very understanding, patient, kind and competent guy. So thankful!"
