Fees are project-based depending on the kind of work. Typically 1/3 is due upfront, 1/3 halfway through and the balance due upon project completion. We are happy to buy materials for our customers, but prefer they pay for materials directly so they can see what they're paying for, control the invoices and their cash flow, and see that we never mark materials up (many industries mark up materials to cover certain overhead that Hit the Pin does not have, or use material markup as an income source).
