I met with other people but between Rosemarie in Chris's office who schedules everything and his employees I would give them TEN STARS! "I called John and left a voicemail and he got back to me immediately. He double checked that I needed a cesspool certification and not an inspection which would have been more invasive and costly, and once confirmed, scheduled them to come out that weekend. The man who performed the certification was right on time and was very quick but professional and thorough. Everything was seamless, and for something requested by the bank so last minute, we were grateful to get it completed so quickly."
