Install 3 way switch at garage door entry and base of basement stairs. Relocate existing light fixtures to evenly spread light throughout, box and safe off all existing open splices and remove all extension cords feeding light fixtures. Disconnect furnace feeding basement and pool room. Relocate thermostat for pool room heat. Troubleshoot gfci protection throughout kitchen receptacles and bathroom. Replace breakers that feed bathroom and kitchen receptacles with gfci breakers. Install single gang old work box for switch controlled receptacle in living room. Remove indoor wiring outside on deck and reinstall pvc conduit with outdoor rated box with gfci receptacle. Replace t-12 lamps with led bypass lamp"
