System was installed and plumbed well. We were very disappointed that their knowledge of working around challenging installation situations was not like those that have installed systems in our previous home. Outlets were not able to be installed in areas that we really wanted. Guys were very friendly and professional, but seemed in a hurry to get things done and less interested in finding a solution to our outlet locations. We also had a problem with an outlet that works intermittently and called twice to never have calls returned. I tried to fix the problem myself but still have problems with this outlet. This was disappointing.

HE WASN'T THE CHEAPEST, BUT HE WAS COMPARABLE. THE KNOWLEDGE HE BROUGHT TO THE PRODUCT WAS WORTH THE EXTRA COST. EASY TO WORK WITH, PROFESSIONAL AND DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
