I questioned the rest of the house and they said the thermal image showed no heat loss. I doubted them and they said they could drill holes in every room. I drilled three holes on the outside of my living room. One showed insulation but did not fill the cavity. The other two did not show any insulation that the thermal image did not catch. They offered me $250 for the one room. They have not responded to 2 emails and 2 phone calls after I found issues in the living room. They said they would make it right and told the BBB they would make it right and I have not heard from them for 3 months."
