"I had several projects for two separate homes. He completed all the previous job in an excellent manner. My last project was remodeling a walk-in shower, replacing all flooring and repositioning the glass door he previously installed. I have been unable to communicate with him since I gave him the balance on the $8500 contract. He completed all work except for the glass door, which he said he'd have to purchase a new one, but assured me there would be no added expense to me. That was on January 12, 2024.
