"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

Two independent roofers later confirmed the poor workmanship. Shamrock agreed to return, but the follow-up visit was unprofessional and dismissive. The leak continued after additional rain, causing more interior damage. We were given conflicting explanations, missed appointments, and were ultimately told the issue wasn?t covered despite a ?10-year warranty.? Our refund request for the $1,600 we paid was denied, and we were told to stop contacting the company. We had to pay other professionals to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Shamrock."

"Jose was quick to respond and allay any worries I had regarding the leak and any needed repairs. He came out immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem. He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. I had two other contractors out to give estimates that did not accurately diagnose the problem and suggested complete roof replacements. Jose was able to schedule me within the week, and he and his crew did a fantastic and efficient job. I would highly recommend J&C Construction and would hire them again for future projects. "
