"Sonny is extremely reliable. He shows up as planned and gets right to work. His attention to deatail is outstanding. He will not quit on a task until he is satisfied that it has been done to his high standard of quality work. We could not be happier with the vinyl flooring installation he just completed for us. This is not the first time we have hired Sonny. He had previously insalled soffitt vents for the attic; front and back of our house. We have been so impressed with his work that we are now discussing plans for our next project: a major bathroom renovation. He is unprofessional and does NOT stand by his work!!! When things started to break shortly after the job was done, we called him to come repair what had broken and he said he would not it was our problem?BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."
