Everything was by the phone and We felt uncomfortable with that treatment. When we called Salt City, they came and inspected the entire lawn. They gave us a full assessment of what we were looking for because it was our first time having a lawn. The price was very affordable. They are always there for you if you have any questions and concerns. My lawn could not be more beautiful because of them.
