"Gary contacted me by text message , answered my call promptly, requested pictures of our door and lock. After reviewing the photos, Gary called me with options for repair, estimates of the cost and arrived the same day to replace the door knob and rekey our lock. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Thanks Gary!"

"He is very professional and has great communication skills.  He responded to text and email, provided updates and was very punctual.
The work was well done and looks nice.
My only complaint is that he quoted me for the entire job and I paid that amount.    I happened to have a painter working in the house at the same time, on other projects.  The two of them apparently agreed that the painter would do the sanding, frame priming and painting and touch up.  This wound up costing me an additional  $250 from the painter.
I would hire him again, but I would be more specific about the completion of the work."

"The job started on time and as luck would have it we did get unexpected rain on the 4th day of the job.   Tom and his team were well prepared and not a drop of water permeated the inside of the house.  As is the case with any major renovation, we did experience unforeseen items.   Tom was very proactive in bringing these to our attention.  He presented alternative options and provided good input for us to weigh the options.  He furthermore was very equitable on the pricing for such additional
areas.   The originally contracted job met agreed upon schedule.
Given that we were so pleased with the original work. We actually did a number of optional add on items including replacing some additional windows and doors and we decided to have All Phases replace the wood siding with vinyl across the entire house.
Based on the work that All Phases conducted in summer of 2012, we hired them to replace an additional area of our house in the Poconos in the summer/spring of 2013.  This involved removing approximately 500 feet of large glass panels, repairing the support structureand replacing the glass.  This was another tricky job and it was performed without a glitch.
We also used All Phases to do a number of smaller jobs during 2013 at our home in NJ including insulating and finishing off walls in a garage and painting.
Currently (January 2014), we have All phases doing interior renovations on a rental property that we have. The scope of this current work includes complete rebuild of two bathrooms, replacement of interior and exterior doors and complete painting.
Overall, we have used All Phases on four projects, totaling roughly $55,000   We have been very pleased with
the transparency, focus on details, their ability to execute and their overall straightforward manner of doing business. I would recommend them without hesitation.

"Great! Ricardo and the team were timely, professional and did great work. We have an older house with some tricky repairs and the crew was able to make the repairs, match the stain and they look great. We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. Whole job was done in under 3 days."

Door Repair questions, answered by experts

Lock picking is a relatively subtle method of unauthorized access, making it hard to detect. But there are telltale signs to look for. First, look for scratches or tool marks around the keyhole or the lock's surface. Also, check for loose or misaligned components, like a wonky strike plate, which could indicate tampering. Consulting a locksmith or security professional for an assessment can provide valuable insights, too. Investing in high-quality locks and considering additional security measures, like security cameras, can help deter potential intruders and enhance your overall safety.

An interior French door should last you anywhere between 30 and 50 years, while an exterior French door unit will last around 15 to 30 years on average. Exactly how long your French doors last depends on the quality of the materials you choose, with vinyl doors lasting far less time than fiberglass, metal, and clad-wood doors. Upgrading to shatterproof glass can also improve the lifespan of exterior French doors.

Deciding whether to repair or replace a door that’s been scratched by a dog depends on the extent of the damage. On average, door installation costs between $500 and $1,970 for a front door. If your door has light or moderate scratch marks, the cost to repair it yourself may be as low as $50 to $100.

While the telltale signs can vary for different types of screen doors, it may be time to learn how to install a screen door if you're noticing rotting, warping, or splintering accompanying the sagging. If you’re unsure whether to replace a sagging screen door, consult a local screen door pro for an inspection and final decision.

A door swells up when there’s a lot of moisture in the air. Wood doors are porous, and the elements can cause them to expand with humidity and contract with dry air. Prevent swelling by coating the door in weather-resistant paint, which creates a barrier to seal out moisture. Otherwise, go with a water-repellent finish after the fact. On the plus side, this problem will go away once the weather changes.
