My husband and I thought we would have to have the drains placed all around the basement but the representative from the company explained that the water was coming in at one particular spot. He asked several questions to get to his evaluation. He also answered all of our questions. The work crew arrived early (9:15) and worked until about 1:30. The job was done and the clean-up was good. Now we just have to wait for the rain to see if our problem has been solved."
