"Pads are well built, have magnets inbuilt at seams to hold together. They fit exactly right and are good looking. They came earlier than expected and I used them by Thanksgiving and have used them to protect my table at parties ever since. No problems."

Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

Didn't know I had to pay taxes; never paid on other services.
Please confirm Angie's list policy of taxes.
Went to loo at work after paying; should have waited to pay but person was already outside ready to go.
Carpet was OK but the love seat never had been vacuumed underneath cushions (dirty) and never cleaned underneath.
Love seat had cushions all back in place while wet from cleaning.
I had to remove all the cushions and lean them up on floor to dry.
Very disappointed in service.
