We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. "It went perfectly. Ivan and his team delivered what he said and it turned out better than we expected. He didn’t cut corners and made suggestions to make it better. We had a unique project. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. It was a two day project. They cleaned up nicely. Up to the start date, Ivan would text me with updates as to where we were on his list. I appreciated the constant contact."

"We were very pleased with our Stanek experience. Joe provided a very comprehensive overview of their products and took the time to understand our needs. We needed to reduce outside noise and better regulate the temperature in our master bedroom. We went with the triple pane glass and had 4 installed on our second floor. Our order was ready in about four weeks. The guys were able to install all four windows in one day and they also installed the shutters for us for a small additional fee. The overall installation was good and when we noticed a few areas that needed recaulked, we contacted Joe and he came out to fix it. We also did the financing through Green Sky. The only thing we donâ t like about the financing option is that although the financing is technically â interest freeâ , you still have to pay monthly interest which is then reimbursed to you if you pay the whole amount off within the stated timeframe."

Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy!
