They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. The end result looks wonderful. A true pleasure to work with."

"The salesmen arrived on time and were very friendly. We spoke about the product and what my goal was. The estimate was very reasonable. This was a Wednesday. I called Thursday to hire them. They asked when I would like it installed. I kiddingly said tomorrow. They checked their schedule and made it happen. I was shocked!!!! I didn’t have to wait weeks. The installers showed up the next morning right on time, got to work, and did an excellent job. They were clean and kept the room picked up. When completed they cleaned the room up, leaving it exactly as they found it. No debris anywhere. I was very impressed and pleased. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

Chance, their crew leader arrived with the truck containing the windows and immediately did an inventory as the crew was arriving, and making sure all windows and tools were on hand. Chance advised they would have all windows installed in one day. Based on the number of the crew they made fast work of the installation. Each worker knew the task at hand and completed all the installation and clean up by end of the day. We did a walk around with Chance looking for any issues or problems we could find. Chance and crew advised their office on the completion. The crew did a great job and every window was installed correctly. I would recommend their company, crew and sales people. Modern Windows were the only ones that wanted to come to our region of NY and had a Sales Person on the road the next day."
