We have been doing work with them for a long time. I got them based on a personal recommendation from somebody. They are very responsive. They were here when they said they were going to be here and did what they said they were going to do. They had to redo it last year, which shouldn't happen, but it did. They did what they were supposed to do. I would not jump up and down for it but we did not have any hassles with it.

We have a home on a lake and needed a fall and spring bug spray. We are not always at the home, so must conduct all of our business with Comfort Pest remotely. I always get a phone call prior to a treatment to verify the windows are closed and no one is at home. Billing has been extremely easy and conducted remotely. The results have been very good. While you will always have some bugs on the lakeshore, we have seen a drastic reduction.
The worker did a good job. He spayed the proper areas and the bees or hornets did not return. Bees and hornets look alike so I am not sure which they were. There was a meter below where the worker sprayed and powder had dropped on top of the meter but I just sprayed it off with a hose. Still I think clean up should have included that but I guess the worker was behind schedule. Apparently the person the phone person scheduled with was no longer with the company and she was unaware of it when she did the scheduling so the other workers had to pick up the orders scheduled for that guy which caused a slight delay in the worker arriving but not too long. It was worth the wait since the problem was taken care of in one visit.
