The service was very quick and affordable. Since I wasn't comfortable with cutting a gas line, I decided to call someone who has experience with that. They also have a portable threading machine so they were able to thread the ends of the cuts without having to remove any sections of pipe. Very handy! The worker was there for maybe an hour at the most. The only "negative" is that they sent the invoice to the wrong address, and eventually sent me a nasty-gram for payment, when I hadn't seen the first invoice come through... Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

As he was already there, he checked over the whole system and cleaned for no additional charge.  Also made a recommendation that I could do for myself and fix the problem long term.  Gave a us a peace of mind feeling on our system.

Very prompt estimate.

We decided to switch from window air conditioning units to central AC using the existing ductwork of our forced hot-air heating system. We contacted a few contractors for estimates. Some never responded. Kings' was quick to respond and provided two options:13 SEER and 16 SEER 3 ton Carrier systems. Although the 13 SEER option was a little more expensive than a competitors' estimate, we decided to go with Kings' because of their positive rating on this site.
We are very happy with our choice. They did the job on the agreed-on date and kept our house clean. The entire system, including the condenser, piping, and electrical wiring, looks great. The employees we dealt with were all professional and knowledgeable. So far, the system has been working well, but the real test will come during the hottest days of summer. If needed, we'll update this review later, but we don't forsee that being necessary. We will definitely use Kings' again for our heating and air conditioning needs.

Installed new AC unit. King's employees are always professional...I would not hesitate to use this company. They might be a bit pricier than other companies, but I think they're worth every penny!

I received an over the phone diagnosis, done with courtesy and they were very helpful. It was simple part replacement they had in stock, (fuse) and they gave it to me, and they told me how to do it myself to save me money, rather than make themselves money. I really appreciated their help.
