"Hired KO in May 2024, started work in September 2024 - by April 2025 work still not completed...Terminated KO in April 2025 KO wanted more money to fix his errors (epoxy everywhere...grimy prints into epoxy everywhere) Have hired new contractors to redo all of KO's work; each has commented his work was below amateur - brought his politics into the workplace, too Made old woman cry - who just wanted the work completed after many extensions and didn't understand why she had to pay more money for his poor work; dismissed old woman's concerns - even stated "old women love me" - Has KO duped others? Again, newly hired contractors examined his work and scoffed. Do Not hire KO - not reliable, poor attitude...and you'll just have to get the work redone - not accredited with the BBB and only other reviews (prior to this) are from the same month/year and in same style. General contracting services with by far one of the best referral programs out there. Amazingly, we will give 300 dollars per job you refer to Shawn and Shawn. Additionaly, there is very little we can't do. Generally, stay away from major electrical and plumbing jobs, however, Shawn and Shawn have a history in remodeling and flipping houses with a background in landscaping. Fortunately, Shawn owned a landscaping business and worked on million dollar houses in California, and Shawn number 2 has flipped house after house always partnering with Shawn. We guarantee quality service, to the point where we won't charge you until the job is complete!!!

We provide quality services to WNY at competitive pricing. Our company owner is hands on & works on each and every project in direct contact with the customer. There is no smoking or use of foul language on our jobs. Over 20yrs experience. We accept Check, Cash & all major credit cards as payment for our services.

"I was very happy with the quoted price I received, and was recommended by a friend to this company. I feel like I’m basically copy pasting another review on here, but it perfectly matches my experience with them. Our contract said they would excavate, widen the walkway, add stone to the base & compact, mesh reinforcement, to the original layout. This company used the debris from black top removal as fill, even after a conversation were he told me he would remove all the pieces left but still didn't. Contracts said rock will be used as base but they did not use any rock for the base Or compact it at all, even after I asked him to ensure he would. They only added mesh reinforcement to the top 4 feet of driveway. They didn’t dig down enough to match the height of the old driveway so there’s about a 3 inch step down to my driveway floor and to the walkway in the backyard. When they poured the concrete they got it all over my garage door and siding of my house. He also used my neighbors hose without permission. They also left a large pile of concrete on my grass in two spots which dried. He told me he’d send someone out to clean it up but never did. I then had to clean it up myself and was required to tear up my grass to repair the spots. I would definitely not recommend this company. Please take notice of these reviews and take warning before hiring them."
