About us
We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty and personal responsibility. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Led by a woman professional with over 35 years in business excellence we have the emotional intelligence for meeting our clients needs. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests and make their concerns the basis of our business model. As a newly formed company we want to assure you that our Chief Inspector, Tom Lavean, has over 35 years of engineering, construction, maintenance and project management experience. Tom started conducting home inspections in the mid 1980s by request of business associates, friends and family because of his background in real estate and construction techniques. He continued conducting inspections on a request basis until licensing was required. Now licensed Tom has committed to sharing his experience and knowledge full time.
