He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in this business having been a manager of a rooter router business for 10 years prior to starting his own business. He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. "Winston and son came on time and were ready to do the job. They removed faucet and cleaned out hard water debris which in turn made it easy to turn faucet and flow was improved in bathtub. Noise from sink faucet was lessened when they cleaned out the erator in the spout. I needed air intake release in pipe for the washing machine to drain out without hearing lots of draining noise through the main pipe. They had to go out to buy the part they needed from hardware store. I did have a little clean up after though on bathroom floor and tub. Not a big issue.
