He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. I was pleased he have us his card before he left as I would definitely call him in the future if needed."

"I had a leak on my bathroom. I called Mr. Serge on Friday and he was prompt to help me. He went to my house at the same day and gave us his opinion about what could be the problem. We scheduled the job for Monday. He went with an assistant. The assistant was polite and he did the job efficiently under Mr Serge's supervision. They cleaned the work place and I couldn't say that I had a man working in my bathroom and living room for a whole day.
Mr Serge was very honest in his evaluation of the problem. He knew what he was doing. At the end he closed the hole that I had on my ceiling and he painted it for the same price.
