He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in this business having been a manager of a rooter router business for 10 years prior to starting his own business. He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. We scheduled the job for Monday. He went with an assistant. The assistant was polite and he did the job efficiently under Mr Serge's supervision. They cleaned the work place and I couldn't say that I had a man working in my bathroom and living room for a whole day.
Mr Serge was very honest in his evaluation of the problem. He knew what he was doing. At the end he closed the hole that I had on my ceiling and he painted it for the same price.
