"They were pleasant to deal with and the new awning arrived when they said it would...Best of all even though they were annoyed when I asked them to replace the awning without disturbing the nesting sparrows in the bracket, they didn't disturb the sparrows and awning and sparrows are both doing fine...I really appreciated that!!
