The installer were here right on time. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do and made a suggestion about where to mount it. And went over the instructions how to use the remote very carefully. They also assured us that if there were any issues at all to not hesitate to call. We’re very pleased with how it looks and we’re sure it will meet all our expectations."

A job estimated for 2 to 3 weeks took over 3 months. It is still not done to our satisfaction, but we "gave up", and told them to leave."
