Excellent service. We called at 9pm for a clog or pump out. He came first thing in the morning and was so quick and professional. He used the snake to remove a clog. Quality service! I can not praise them enough.

If i could write a 0/5 response i would. I was selling a house and the buyer in the deal hired “Big Willy” to inspect the septic. He writes on a document that the septic tank is 500 gallons and needs to be replaced due to rust (He recommends rotterdam septic which we later found out he gets a kick back from for jobs he gets them) . I go out of my way to replace existing tank with another 500 gallon tank. I get the tank the day before and have it ready to install. I hire a crew to come dig it, but first i need “Big Willy” to come pump it out so we can remove the tank. It turns out the tank was 750 gallons. I personally called “Big Willy” the day before i had the machine come to the jobsite to confirm it was 500 and he confirmed it. After confronting him he threatened to pump the raw sewage back into the tank from his truck. The man is incompetant and wrote a false report. Moreover caused a delay in getting the job done. Stay far away from “Big Willy” the sewage fumes have gotten to his head. Lawsuit forthcoming!

Excellent. They got to my house less than an hour after I called. They pumped out the septic tank, found and cleared out the blockage. They worked quickly as I had to run get my kids from daycare and when I got back about 30 mins later they were already done. They charged me what I thought was a very reasonable price and I was very happy with their service. I have always used Big Willy's Septic in the 10 years I have been a homeowner. Came the next day knowing we had a potential issue. Gave detailed view of what they thought the issues were and the name of a person who could do further work. Very pleased.

Quite well. Even after dealing with a frozen cover, he cleared a blockage in the discharge line. Above and beyond to say the least. Fantastic service!

Rich Foster is an affordable inspector.  He returned phone calls and showed up at my property on short notice to complete a septic inspection.  HIs report was very thorough.  Because my septic system failed, and he does not do installations/replacements, he recommended names of businesses I could contact.  I will definitely use Rich in the future if I need anything done with my septic system.

I have had my septic tank pumped by Rich's "Big Willy's Septic Service" every two years since he began his business.  The two year cycle was based on his recommendation.  Rich the owner;  is the most honest person you'll ever meet in his business. His prices are reasonable and I give him straight A's across the board.

Rich is, hands down, the best septic guy around! We first hired him when we purchased our home about a year ago for an inspection/pumping of the septic system. He was prompt and very thorough; taking the time to explain how our system worked and answered all of our first time buyer questions. We liked him immediately and knew we had found our septic guy! Fast forward to yesterday (almost a year later). We noticed that our pump had stopped working and our tank was near full to capacity! In a panic, we called Rich (at 6pm on a Friday) and left a message. Rich called back less than 5 minutes later, asked us a few questions, and said he would be here in about 45 minutes. Rich arrived as he said he would, pumped our system, and saved us from a possible disaster. What we didn't know (until he was leaving) was that Rich cancelled plans he had made that night and rearranged his schedule to come pump our septic tank before it backed up into our basement. If there was a rating better than an "A" Rich deserves it! He goes above and beyond in his work, and above all, is a great guy.
