"James did an excellent job installing our doors. He took the time to make sure each one fit properly, opened and closed smoothly, and looked professionally finished. He was dependable, respectful of our home, and cleaned everything up when he was done. You can tell James genuinely cares about the quality of his work. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others."

"We’re so glad we chose Isaac! His pricing was fair from the start, but the quality of his work far exceeded expectations. He made sure our home was properly prepped before getting started and left everything just as clean as he found it. We had nearly the entire interior painted, plus some exterior touch-ups and slab painting—and he tackled it all quickly but with impressive attention to detail. Our exterior paint was especially challenging to match, and Isaac went out three separate times to make sure the color was absolutely perfect. If I ever need anything painted again, he’ll be the first person I call!"

"When John came to my house for the first time I asked him about some repair, and he said “I do it all.” It did not take long to find out he wasn’t kidding – he really DOES do it all, and he does it all VERY WELL. His skill impresses me more with each job he finishes. John excels in craftsmanship and communication, delivering finished projects that meet and exceed expectations, while also providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. He takes time to explain his ideas and the reasons for them. John’s expertise seems to have no limit, at least none that I know of. His estimates are more than fair. On top of all that, he’s a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to know. I’m delighted with the decision to hire John, and I will absolutely do so again."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

A few potential problems can cause your gas grill to stop working:

  • Burners aren’t properly aligned.

  • Food debris is clogging the burners.

  • Hose connections may be blocked.

  • Burners may not be getting enough gas.

  • Gas valve is not working properly.

If you’re experiencing any of those problems with your gas grill, hire a local grill repair professional to inspect your grill for issues and implement a plan to resolve them.

All U.S. states require permits for gas grill installation, so you’ll have to get one before you move forward with your project. Permits help ensure that the gas line runs safely to avoid gas leaks and explosions. Gas line permits can usually also only be pulled by certified plumbers, which means you’ll have to hire a professional from the start. The permit for a gas line installation for a gas grill usually costs between $100 and $300. You can contact your installation company or building department for more accurate pricing.

Propane sales companies typically offer propane delivery, tank installation and maintenance, grilling refills, and emergency support for supply interruptions.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.
