CONSTRUCTION BY ALLISON

Construction By Allison performed roof maintenance at my home in the Village of Haverstraw. They also replaced a rear gutter with a new 6" gutter and repaired a damaged fascia board. The company was very professional and addressed all of my concerns promptly.

In 2012 I contacted with Allison to replace my residential roof. His bid included a ridge vent, $200.00 that I declined to have installed, so I expected that $200.00 to be deducted from final amount. When his men were installing he new shingles, I noticed they were NOT installing the drip edge along the side of the roof. I called the company to complain, and I was told, " WE NEVER PUT THAT THERE ". According to the National Roofing Association, it is supposed to be installed there so I requested it. So after they finished my roof with the drip edge on the side of the roof, Danny kept the $200.00 I was supposed to get back for installing the drip edge on the side of the roof ! After they finished my roof, I had a leak around my chimney, they came back TWICE to fix it, and as of 1/28/021, my roof STILL leaks even after repeated phone calls to report my leak. STAY AWAY from this company.

I had a skylight that leaked whenever there was very hard rainfall. Water would leak into my kitchen floor from around the skylight.
I left a voice mail to Allison and they called back pretty quickly. They inspected the skylight and figured the skylight needed to be reset.
They came back another day and removed the old shingles and felt paper around the skylight, cleaned step flashing, installed an ice shield around the skylight and than installed new shingles and sealed shingles on to step flashing with silicone caulk.
They cleaned and carted away any related debris.
I was impressed on how they kept in touch with every step of the way.

They did excellent work. It was a high quality job. They were the first roofers I've had that actually didn't go through the roof. They did an excellent job, cleaned up. Every question I had, they answered or had me go up there to take a look at it. I'm extremely satisfied.

He was a very nice guy and he did a very thorough job. The price was good and I felt that he was honest. They cleaned up after themselves and it took them two days to get the job done. The roof looks nice. They had a good reputation. He was pleasant to work with and he has been around for a long time. I would probably use him again as he does other construction jobs as well.
