His quote was very competitive and he made great effort to assist us in choosing the materials and colors. He began the job on schedule and finished on schedule. Carlos is a perfect gentleman, and we made sure he and his crew had plenty of cold drinks and a cool place to retreat to from the summer heat. Much to our surprise, Carlos stopped by a few days later and replaced a roof shingle on one of our bay windows. It wasn't his responsibility, but he made a point to make everything flawless.
