His quote was very competitive and he made great effort to assist us in choosing the materials and colors. He began the job on schedule and finished on schedule. His attention to detail is astonishing. The siding looks spectacular, as do the new leaders and gutters. Gorgeous work! Carlos is a perfect gentleman, and we made sure he and his crew had plenty of cold drinks and a cool place to retreat to from the summer heat. While he was doing the job, we had an extremely violent thunderstorm that produced winds recorded at over 80 mph. Nothing came loose whatsoever. He gave us an excellent price, and the day the siding was finished, 42 sections of fence was delivered. Two days later, the fence was beautifully installed and all waste, including tree limbs and shrubs I removed, were carted off in a dumpster. Much to our surprise, Carlos stopped by a few days later and replaced a roof shingle on one of our bay windows. It wasn't his responsibility, but he made a point to make everything flawless.
