"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."

"My experience with Universe Painting and Juan has been amazing! They were always on time and their work is beautiful! They are extremely clean and after each day of work leave the house very clean! They are highly professional. We not only hired them to paint the interior of our entire house, they also repaired water damage to ceilings and popcorn ceilings and completely power washed the exterior of our home!"

"The work we had done recently was not limited to painting the outside of my home! Vito has such great vision, and all of his recommendations were included in the work: power-washing the patio and walkways; painting the back shed and finishing the hardware; special black oil painting of the gates and fence and mailbox, etc. They all did a wonderful job and followed up! I wouldn't hesitate to set up a schedule to have other projects done by Vito and his Fantasia crew! Just wonderful!"
