"My house dates back to the 1850s with a stone foundation and dirt floor basement.  I had significant humidity issues in the house in the summer, along with a generally musty smell.  I called Northern Basement Systems to ask about possible solutions.  Salesman Tom and Foreman Matt came out to evaluate the situation and make a recommendation.  Matt in particular was very thorough, explained everything, and inspired great confidence.  Despite the hefty $8,000 estimate, I agreed to proceed with the job.  Not only would this treatment address my humidity issue throughout my home in the summer, but they pointed out that also the sealing of gaps and cracks in the foundation plus the installation of the Cleanspace liner would significantly reduce heat loss and cut down on my heating bills in the winter, as well as improve the general air quality in my home.
The team led by Neil arrived on schedule and completed the work in the planned 3 days, including the removal of a significant amount of debris.  My previously scary dark basement is now clean, bright, and dry.  Since we are now in cold-weather season, I have not yet been able to see the impact of the work on the humidity level in my house in the summer, but I'm confident there will be a big difference.  This company was pleasant to deal with from start to finish and I would recommend them without reservation.

"Woodford brothers did a great job waterproofing my basement. There estimate was right on par with other companies and actually a bit lower. The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
