"This firm is very responsive. They got back to me immediately and offered a fair price. Oleg came out on time and produced the report on time. However, the report had a few inconsistencies in terms of home facts. I felt that asking me in advance about my estimate of the value was inappropriate and caused me to question the objectivity of the final estimate. Both properties came in exactly at my estimates when I was actually looking for objective appraisals. In retrospect, I should have declined to answer that question, and they should remove it from their pre-visit survey."

"This is the second time I've turned to Mark for help in getting a home loan. The reason I'm a repeat customer is that Mark is great.
