"We called Drain RX, on a Sunday, after noticing our basement was flooded and seemed to be coming from the toilet bowl (thank you toddlers lol). Victor called us back, came soon after, and diagnosed the problem. He had us fixed up and back on track in no time!! Super professional and we can not thank him enough!!"

"Had a backup a few days before and wanted to determine if it was a simple clog or cesspool related. They sent out a tech (Jimmy) the same day. He located both cesspools and walked me through my options. He was honest and patient, answering all my questions along the way."

"A.J the service manager for Speedy Enviormental immediately came out on a Sunday and unclogged the downstairs toilet that had the entire house on stop water usage or flood. The clog was outside the house, towards the Septic tank under the front lawn. He used the commercial auger to pull the tree roots that grew into the septic pipe. He pulled up roots seven times and cleared the line. The next day he came back with a cctv camera to check the line to the septic system and to verify if we had tree roots in the tank. I felt much better after seeing for myself that the line and tank were now clear of roots and the water was freely flowing. I would definitely use AJâ s services again, heâ s very kind and knows his trade."

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should flush your AC drain line once every three months to keep it clear of debris and buildup. Keeping your AC drain line clean prevents clogs, backups, mold growth, and extra wear on your AC unit. If you live in a humid area or have several furry pets, up your cleaning schedule to once a month.

If the drain pump on your washing machine is continuously draining, it could be that the control board is damaged and requires repair, or there’s a clogged or kinked drain hose. If you can’t locate the problem, you’ll want to have a plumber or appliance repair expert come take a look.

There are many things that could cause your basement floor drain to back up. One significant cause of a drainage backup is flushing non-flushable items, such as wipes, paper towels, and facial tissue. Other causes of a backed-up basement floor drain include tree roots impeding the drain pipe or an accumulation of hair, oil, and grease.

Clogged pipes are one of the top signs your water heater is about to fail. Potential symptoms of excess sediment buildup include not enough hot water, leaks, unusual noises, low water pressure, and discoloration or odors in the water.

Baking soda and vinegar is a great solution for cleaning your sink drain; in fact, it’s our preferred method. Here’s how to unclog your drain with baking soda and vinegar: Pour in a half cup of baking soda, then 1 cup of white vinegar, and let the two bubble for 15 minutes. Then rinse out with boiling water. This method is much safer than using a chemical drain cleaner gel.
