When I first met with him I told him my idea of what I wanted to be done. He needed a few days to give me the estimate. He came a few days later and gave me a very reasonable price. He also said he had a great idea for my property that would look a lot better. The price was more and I thought he just was looking for more money. But when I thought about his idea I thought it was great. A lot more work. But the estimate was low. When the job was complete I was very happy with the job. I was also glad that I went with his idea. At the end I saw a few imperfections that I brought up to Luis’s attention. He made me feel very comfortable by fixing the imperfections without any issues.
