"The technician arrived at my home and immediately asked to use my restroom. I told him he would have to wait a moment while I put my dogs away. At that point he tried to push his way in through my front door. I immediately shut the door, locked it and asked him not to enter. I told him to come around to the side of the house where he was able to enter for the restroom and I immediately walked him back out. I did not appreciate that he felt he could let himself in my front door and it made me feel unsafe. I also found it concerning that he didn't have any business cards, arrived in an unmarked vehicle and when he called his phone number appeared as "unavailable".
