"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
