From the initial walkthrough of our unfinished basement to the day of completion, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. From the get-go, we were impressed with Donnas organization, the response time (very fast!), and willingness to negotiate on prices. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my barrage of questions. We always felt comfortable knowing she was working behind the scenes in making sure this project would be perfect. Matthew and his crew were just amazing. The work was completed quickly and to our exact specifications at a reasonable price. We could tell he takes pride in his work from his attention to detail -- making sure every little thing was done perfectly, down to the last door hinge and speck of paint. In the end, they transformed our musty unfinished basement into a sleek and welcoming office and entertainment space for us to enjoy. Looking at the before pictures, I honestly do not recognize our old basement! I would highly recommend them to anyone. My husband and I thought we would have to have the drains placed all around the basement but the representative from the company explained that the water was coming in at one particular spot. He asked several questions to get to his evaluation. He also answered all of our questions. The work crew arrived early (9:15) and worked until about 1:30. The job was done and the clean-up was good. Now we just have to wait for the rain to see if our problem has been solved."
