They took their time and answered all my questions. The installation crew were courteous, professional and friendly. At end of installations, the project manager made sure that I checked all aspects of the windows, from hinges, to opening and closing and testing for any draft. He and his crew also cleaned up after themselves. And let's not forget Diana (my new bestie), who kept me abreast of project with updates. Truly a great experience!!!! "Brad Armel of BKM Contracting called me in response to an online form that I filled out on another website.  He came after another contractor who spent most of his time trying to get me to replace the entire deck; we didn't want to given all the expenses that we have had after Hurricane Sandy.  Brad quoted a reasonable price, proposed the power-washing, scraping and painting, which is what we really wanted.  He also quoted a price for replacing the bifold doors on my wife's closet with sliding doors, which also including painting it.
They came when they said they were coming, installed the sliding doors and power-washed the deck on the same day.  It took them a week or so to come back to paint the deck, but this was due to a week where it rained almost every day; we needed two or three dry days before the painting.  Brad's partner, Mike, came stained the door and painted the deck in one day and came two days later to coat the closet doors with polyurethane to seal them.
Brad and Mike did everything that they said they would do, did a quality job in a timely fashion, even coming on Sunday to make up for the delays that they weather had caused.  I would use them again without hesitation."
