"JRS Maintenance, Jimmy Ryan, and his helper just fixed two of our plumbing problems - a corroded pipe under the kitchen sink that leaked down through the floorboards to the basement, and a leaking radiator valve. They did a great job. He came right away on a Tuesday to look at the problem. I especially appreciate that he was thorough in his inspection and his detailed explanation of what was likely causing the problems, considering that the leak point was behind the cabinet wall and not visible. He prepared us for other eventualities. It turns out that his assessment of the problem was spot-on. The work he did is high quality, and his price is reasonable. He clearly knows his trade.
