Also his painted painted the window shutters open which ruined them. They cost $300. Anthony said he would refund but of course did not. I have never written a bad review of anyone in my life and it doesn't feel good but his blatant disregard for any kind of professional standard is really gauling and I don't want anyone else be ripped off as I was."
