He got the job done (patching carpet dogs chewed up) though not exactly as the owner described, but still a great improvement upon it's condition before. Carpet has been patched for slightly under the price the internet told me to expect so ultimately 4stars."

They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day.
