"Cancelled the job. I believe he is over priced was nickel and diming everything. $4500.00 wouldnt touch having a new shower put in. There is no bathtub so that wasnt something i needed. Didnt touch the upper walls, didnt remove wall paper, extra cost for tearing out existing upper walls with wall paper. This is a tiny bathroom and he said the tile for shower floor to ceiling, and tile lower half of walls was"much more than 40 square feet". The $4500.00 price he charges barely covers anything. Very misleading and over priced. I would not recommend him."

"Joe did a beautiful job and saved us thousands installing our new front door, replacing our energy-inefficient double doors. See photo. He was kind enough to do the job before the real cold set in last winter. Joe is extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. My job presented a few unexpected snags - not only did Joe know just how to solve them, but also I had to insist that Joe accept a bit of extra money for the additional labor that was needed. My wife and I are so grateful for the super quality but affordable job!"
