"J&J Paving Inc. did an excellent job & I am satisfied with the service received from Manuel & the rest of his crew. On September 29, they removed all the the old asphalt, did dig the ground and ran several trench PVC pipes & did dig one 5 ft drain holes connect four of the seven PVC pipes and another 3 ft hole to connect the other 3 PVC drain pipes. Lay down gravels with sand cement, gravel rock with cement, leveled the grounds & graded for rain water to run away from the house whenever it rains. Then Lay down the asphalt. We are very please with J&J's service. Customer service skills, courtesy and Manuel did take time to discuss the whole process & answered all questions. I selected J&J Paving because the proposal was very detailed & explained the steps about the project. The other contractors did not provide a good proposal and some of them took too long to provide a proposal. I already recommended J&J/Manny Paving to three of my neighbors."

"I recently hired Sanchez Brothers to handle trimming, shrub removal, and a full clean-up of my backyard, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the very beginning, their customer service stood out, they were quick to respond, professional in their communication, and made sure they fully understood what I wanted done. The team arrived on time, well-prepared, and got right to work. They were incredibly efficient and hardworking, carefully trimming and removing overgrown shrubs while keeping the surrounding areas neat and undisturbed. "We hired NY Property Care to pave our church’s parking lot. Less than a year later, we’re already seeing multiple areas where weeds are growing through the asphalt. When we reached out for help, instead of standing by the work or honoring the 2-year warranty against cracks and depressions, the owner became defensive, dismissive, and ultimately insulting and unprofessional. Despite the written agreement stating that damaged asphalt would be removed and grading completed as needed, the owner later re-characterized the job as a “cap” and refused to offer any meaningful support. When I brought up the contract and asked reasonable questions about material quality or prep, he responded with sarcasm and personal insults, calling our church’s decision-making into question. This is not how a professional contractor should treat a customer, especially a church that paid over $40,000 for the job in good faith. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for paving work. If something goes wrong, don’t expect accountability or even respectful communication."
