"We live in a multi-level townhome with an open concept so color choice is important and Rafael, the VP was very responsive and helpful when we needed a paint job (after our kitchen renovation) that extended to our dining room and second level stairway wall. The painters did a great job and were very attentive to detail and cleanup. When I noticed that the refinished floor in the dining area did not seem to have as smooth a coat of satin-finish sealer as expected, I called for a follow-up and could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service. "From the time I met Sheki, I felt really comfortable hiring J & S Painting to do the work we needed around the house. We have now used them twice in the past year for two large painting projects at our house. Sheki's prices were competitive compared to all the other quotes I got. If I had any questions while the work was going on, Sheki and Pam, the office manager, would respond quickly.
