"Carlos was extremely attentive to what I needed for my closets and provided great recommendations as we were brainstorming different solutions for how to customize for my new condo. He was prompt in all of our correspondences and transparent about the entire process. I have a couple of oddly designed closet doors that we had to work around; but when the drawers I was hoping for weren't available, Carlos said that he would custom build to what I wanted! We hit a speedbump with me catching covid, but Carlos was very supportive and still came through to complete 2 out of the 3 closets I contracted him for while I stayed at the far opposite end of the condo. I was so grateful for the enthusiasm, professionalism, and straight up care Carlos and his partner put into this project. And I am LOVING the work that's been done so far! "I hired Handi-Bath on the recommendation of the senior care agency that provided care to my 94 year old mother. In order to accommodate mom's move to the first floor of the house, we worked with Handi-Bath to make the entire first floor ADA compliant. Specifically, Joe and his team ripped out the small bathroom on the first floor and created a beautiful oasis of comfort for my mom with a walk-in shower with bench and grab bars; higher toilet seat with grab bars; installing an ADA-sink vanity to accommodate a potential wheelchair; widened doors to fit a potential wheelchair; created pocket doors and worked seamlessly and timely in order to complete the job in two weeks, which was out timeframe. Joe (Nickel), owner, was always available and worked with us on any requested last minute changes until we were 100% satisfied.
