I have a degree in home inspections and I have hands on experience with just about everything to do with building a house from the ground up. "I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."
